To provide you with peace of mind, all Greenmatik equipment includes a 3-year factory warranty. You can also purchase a 2-year extension for a total of 5 years of warranty coverage!

Limited warranty for three years or 175,000 washes, whichever comes first.
3 Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services free of charge during the first year of the warranty period.
20 hours of Virtual Technical Assistance per month
10% Discount on Chemical Products
20% discount on the purchase of spare parts and technical assistance hours not included in the warranty

VIPMATIK Extended Warranty

Limited warranty for five years or 270,000 washes, whichever comes first
60 liters of Active Foam and 60 liters of drying agent/wax per month free of charge for the first year
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services free of charge every six months during the Extended Warranty period
