To provide you with peace of mind, all Greenmatik equipment includes a 3-year factory warranty. You can also purchase a 2-year extension for a total of 5 years of warranty coverage!

WARRANTY OPTIONS

GREEN Extended Warranty

P.V.P.: FREE OF CHARGE. INCLUDED AT THE FACTORY.

  • Limited warranty for three years or 175,000 washes, whichever comes first.
  • 3 Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services free of charge during the first year of the warranty period.
  • 20 hours of Virtual Technical Assistance per month
  • 10% Discount on Chemical Products
  • 20% discount on the purchase of spare parts and technical assistance hours not included in the warranty

VIPMATIK Extended Warranty

PVP: TO BE QUOTED ACCORDING TO EQUIPMENT

  • Limited warranty for five years or 270,000 washes, whichever comes first
  • 60 liters of Active Foam and 60 liters of drying agent/wax per month free of charge for the first year
  • Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services free of charge every six months during the Extended Warranty period
  • 20 hours per month of Virtual Technical Assistance
  • 10% Discount on Chemical Products
  • 20% discount on the purchase of spare parts and technical assistance hours not included in the warranty
